Mindfulness and meditation can be difficult to conduct in a fully virtual environment. However, it is not impossible. The mindfulness can be applied to increase meditation practices, decrease stress, and promote positive psychology. This presentation will go over how a fully online workplace can successfully promote mindfulness techniques. This session will also include a real-life demonstration of one of the mindfulness practices with a short meditation.
